Achieving a high CSI is not difficult if you
treat your customers as you would wish to be treated yourself.
As we are a family business, we all work together, our staff become members
of our family and our customers become our friends. A high level of staff
retention contributes towards a high level of customer retention.
Good service is not free; it has to be paid for. The first thing to
disappear when product is sold cheaply, is service. We will continue to
build for the future by valuing each of our customers, even if we don't sell
to them every time.
